1. international freight allowance

RLX Solutions purchase platform exemption from basic international freight for material import of integrated circuit (IC).

When some models (such as fans, cables, modules, etc.) are overweight due to the large number of purchases, large volume or heavy weight, it is necessary for customers to pay the excess freight difference. In case of overweight, our customer service staff will contact you to remind you to fill in the shipping charges.


2. customs, commodity inspection and 3C charges

According to the State Customs Regulations: Import duty-free non-integrated circuit components (such as relays, bandpass filters, attenuators, modules, cables, etc.) of integrated circuits (IC) may require an additional 3%-12% charge for customs switches, fuses, gas discharge tubes, etc. which require commodity inspection and 3C certification, if you mention Customer service personnel will inform you of the type of customs duty or other customs declaration fee in the order submitted, and inform you of the reimbursement at the first time.


3. about embargo type

RLX Solutions strictly abides by the relevant export restrictions of overseas suppliers, but models involving export restrictions/embargoes are not allowed to be purchased on an order basis, depending on the supplier's shipment situation. Sometimes it may occur that the goods are temporarily informed before delivery that they fall within the scope of export restrictions/embargoes and need to be withdrawn and refunded. RLX Solutions will not be liable for any loss arising therefrom. We apologize for any inconvenience, please understand.


4. order review mechanism

RLX Solutions sets the order review mechanism due to possible tariffs and embargoes on the goods. After the user submits the order successfully, the customer service personnel of RLX Solutions need to confirm the order and pay after no problem. 5. data update delay problem

All data of RLX Solutions website comes from the corresponding suppliers except self-owned goods, which basically guarantees real-time updates.
